Hailing from the far north, David grew up on a family farm in Dargaville. After high school, he studied Agricultural Science at Massey University before heading offshore to work on a cotton farm in Australia. Next stop was Britain, Europe, and Africa as part of his quintessential kiwi adventure.
Returning to New Zealand David worked as a rural professional, providing consultancy services to dairy farmers in the lower North Island. He also tutored farm staff, facilitating a Polytech level education course.
David’s next move was to the Tararua District as a sharemilker and landowner while continuing in farm consultancy and farm supervisor roles. He expresses his creativity developing blocks of land with his practical ability in fencing, building, and landscaping.
A proud father of 2 girls, David loves to cook, is an avid reader and enjoys World War history. He has a strong interest in all things rural and is always happy to share the benefits of lifestyle living.
With a career in real estate David wants to use his skills and experience to keep people informed, interested, involved, and inspired in all property related matters.
Growing up on the Kapiti Coast, Louise moved to Palmerston North to attend Massey University. The intention to study agriculture for 4 years was reduced when the opportunity for practical work experience arose.
This launched Louise into a successful dairy farming career at a time when it was uncommon for single women to be working the land. Juggling representative sport and farm work, Louise traded sports shoes for gumboots, choosing to milk cows over playing in the national hockey team.
With motherhood came a change of lifestyle and Louise immersed herself in school activities and community projects. Coaching and managing sports teams and working with local government added to her variety of skills.
After a stint playing football, Louise returned to play Masters hockey and represented New Zealand at the World Cup and Trans-Tasman Series. With hockey and football boots both retired, Louise enjoys regular gym workouts and following the sporting pursuits of her 2 daughters.
The challenge of real estate and meeting new people was an exciting opportunity. Louise values genuine relationships and recognises that buying or selling property is a big decision. Louise is keen to facilitate and support others through this process showing care and professionalism in all her interactions.
